How many packing lists can I generate?
2 on the house. After that, unlock unlimited generations with a one-time €4.99 purchase — yours forever, across every Apple device on your iCloud account.
You can still add and edit items by hand, with or without the unlock.
My trips aren't syncing between devices.
Rouve uses iCloud. Check that you're signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud Drive is on in Settings.
If sync seems stuck, force-quit Rouve and reopen it — iCloud retries on relaunch. Still stuck? Email us with both device names and the trip that's missing.
How does the list generation work?
When you tap Generate list, Rouve sends your destination, dates, and trip type to generate a categorised packing list — clothing, toiletries, tech, documents — usually in 4–6 seconds.
Your trip details are not stored after the list is returned. Full details in our privacy policy.
I'd like a refund for the unlock.
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — it usually takes 24–48 hours.
If something went wrong on Rouve's side, write to us anyway and we'll help.
I restored my phone and lost my unlock.
Open Rouve, go to Settings → Restore purchases. As long as you're signed in to the Apple ID that bought the unlock, it returns within a few seconds.
How do I delete all my data?
From inside Rouve: Settings → Delete Account. That clears everything on the device and queues a delete to your iCloud container.
Uninstalling Rouve removes everything on the device; iCloud copies are cleared automatically by Apple per your iCloud settings.
The list doesn't feel right for my trip.
Try adding more detail when creating the trip — trip type, duration, and activities all help Rouve build a better list.
